Forge Your Creativity — Make Art That Sparks
CLASS OVERVIEW:
- Duration: 3 hours (approximately)
- Cost: $200
- Project Options: You’ll choose your metal art project prior to class. Each piece is designed to be fun, creative, and beginner-friendly.
- Includes: All materials, tools, and safety equipment
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Safety First: We’ll start with basic safety instruction to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
- Practice Time: You’ll get some scrap metal to practice your welds and get comfortable with the tools.
- Create Your Art: Once you’re warmed up, you’ll dive into making your chosen project!
WHAT TO WEAR:
This is a hands-on, dirty, and potentially spark-filled experience—just the way we like it!
Please come dressed appropriately:
- Long pants and a long-sleeved shirt
- All clothing should be 100% cotton
- Leather shoes are best (no open-toed shoes or sneakers with synthetic fabrics)
- Wear clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty or even damaged—a rogue spark can burn holes in synthetic materials or delicate fabrics.
SAFETY GEAR PROVIDED:
I’ll provide all required safety gear including helmets and eye protection.
If you have leather gloves that fit you well, please bring them! I have gloves available, but sizing may be hit or miss.
